Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
